In the future, they don't want your name - they want your Citizen ID. Everyone will be graded early in life. The Level 1s are the Elite (you are not going there), the Level 2s Supervise (you hope you are going there), the Level 3s are trapped into mundane lives (you are probably ending up there), and the Level 4s are cast out of the City Walls - where there is no Global Law.

Citizen ID was made as a challenge to use a set of Samples, my voice, and a bass guitar. I call the genre "Dystopian Funk", and it sits somewhere between traditional 70s Funk and modern Synth Music, leaning towards the latter.
