The album is designed to assist the insomniacs among us to first focus the ever thinking mind on some musical patterns, and then as the music progresses, to lull us away from our eternal mental to-do lists to a place where we can dawdle, feel whimsy, then drift off.

The first piece asks you to focus. The second piece makes you comfortable. The third piece takes you on an adventure. By the final piece, you will have slowed down, the volume will be lower and the sounds more subtle. Later, when you turn in your sleep you can fling off your headphones carelessly, to retrieve them in the morning at your leisure.
